Hi, I’m Aubrey
owner, baker & designer behind heritage & co.
My passion for food began at a young age when I was constantly in the kitchen wanting to create a cake for the next family member’s birthday, treats to take to school or just for fun — which later led to me pursuing my culinary degrees at The Art Institute of San Diego, California.
I grew up in a family where no meal was complete without dessert and we gathered around the table for every meal — shared about our day and shared countless stories, laughs and dreams.
We feature a variety of seasonal desserts, family recipes and custom desserts. We believe food is best shared with others, gathered around a table.

My passion for cakes started while in the kitchen with my mom — she would make us the most amazing birthday cakes. I didn’t realize this was something I could do for a living until I discovered the Culinary Institute of America and the rest is history!
Like anyone else I enjoy the finer things in life (aka good food and wine). Most of all, I love the ambiance and quality time that goes along with eating! Wherever I am, you can find me searching for new restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries to explore! I have always loved love. The best movies, books, songs, etc. are always love stories. I feel like weddings are a new, celebratory chapter in a couples love story. My favorite part of weddings are the toasts — I love hearing a couple’s story through the eyes of those closest to them!
